Today, Friday 12 December, North West London rap figurehead M Huncho closes out the year with an unexpected 3-track EP, “Where’s The Wizard?”, much to the delight of his fans. Earlier this week, he sparked excitement by dropping visuals on Instagram for “Jeff Bezos” and today he followed up with the full EP with the project's lead single, “10,000 Hours.” Opening with “Jeff Bezos,” the EP finds Huncho confronting those who expect handouts or assume his success places him in the realm of billionaires like the track’s namesake. He reflects on lost love and the ways people close to him have taken his rise for granted, offering a candid look at the pressures that accompany fame. The lead single, “10,000 Hours,” sees him delve into righting his wrongs and his ongoing commitment to putting in the necessary work, both in his business and his personal life. After stepping back for family life since releasing U2OPIA earlier this year, Huncho proves he’s never one to keep supporters waiting for long. Where’s The Wizard? feels like a statement, an early hint that what we’re seeing now is only the beginning, with much more waiting in the vault for next year.

The year 2025 has been a landmark period for Huncho, marked by the release of his bold and introspective new album U2OPIA. Arriving on 14 February, the project showcases a clear evolution in both his sound and his personal narrative. It sees him explore themes of growth, reflection and ambition, further solidifying his position at the forefront of the UK trap wave scene. To accompany the release, Huncho launched a major UK and Ireland tour, bringing his elevated artistic vision to stages in Manchester, Birmingham, London, Dublin and Glasgow, as well as an Australian tour in late September. Across music, live performance and online presence, U2OPIA stands as a defining moment in his career, reaffirming his influence and demonstrating that M Huncho is entering his most mature and impactful era yet.
