Swedish experimental pop artist Cobrah has never been one to play it safe, and her latest release, “Torn,” proves it once again. The music video for “Torn” is a hypnotic blend of sensuality and surrealism.
Cobrah described Torn as “the interlude of a new beginning”

I’ve been so torn
‘bout everything
for so long
my everything
what have I done
why can’t I think
Did I do wrong?
did I do something?
Why do these thoughts at night
keep washing in
Why can’t i see your eyes
Open for me
Why Don’t I know
What I should do
What is the truth
I’ve been so
When I go to sleep
Will you stay with me
Will you stay and weep?
Or keep me in the deep
I keep my words inside
Write to ease the mind
Leave the thoughts behind
But I don’t know what you hide
Recall when you raced me to the car so high?
Now you chase me in the dark and there’s no sight
why can’t somebody try to guide me through the spotlight
So I, leave it all
leave it all behind me
I’ve been so torn
‘bout everything
for so long
my everything
Open for me
Why Don’t I know
What I should do
What is the truth
I could be, so good
Can you feel, too good?
All I do, is pursue
All I need, is Subdue
